ProduKey ist ein kleines Tool, das die Product Keys der auf dem PC installierten Microsoft-Produkte wie Windows und Office ausliest. Damit lassen sich die Anwendungen nach einer Neuinstallation wieder aktivieren.

ProduKey unterstützt das Auslesen des Product Keys von Office, Windows, Exchange Server und SQL Server. Das Tool unterstützt dabei das Auslesen der Key auf lokalen Rechnern und per Kommandozeile auch von entfernten Rechnern im Netzwerk, sofern Admin-Rechte für diese PCs vorliegen.

Sobald das Programm entpackt ist, kann man es direkt aufrufen. Ein Installation ist nicht erforderlich. Manche Antivirus-Programme erkennnen ProduKey als Virus ein. Das ist aber ein falscher Alarm.
Eine deutsche Sprachdatei ist mit im Ordner, so daß das Tool dann in Deutsch ist.
